A legal disclaimer

1. גיל מינימלי לביצוע רכישות באתר:

רכישה מותר לבני 18 ומעלה. קטינים מתחת לגיל זה מחויבים באישור הורה/ אפוטרופוס.

2. שימוש באתר:

אין להשתמש באתר לצורך בלתי חוקי או אסור לפי התקנון. כל שימוש לרעה, לרבות ניסיון חדירה למערכות האתר או שימוש לא מורשה בפרטי משתמש - ייחשב לעבירה ויטופל בהתאם לחוק.

3. מוצרים ותמונות:

התמונות באתר להמחשה בלבד. ייתכנו הבדלים קלים בין המוצר בפועל לבין המוצג באתר.

4. שינוי מחירים ומבצעים:

החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן מחירים, תנאים, דמי משלוח ומדיניות בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

5. קניין רוחני:

כל התוכן באתר (טקסטים, תמונות, עיצובים, לוגו) מוגן בזכויות יוצרים ואינו ניתן להעתקה או לשימוש ללא אישור מראש.

6. הגבלת אחריות:

החברה אינה אחראית לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים נגרמים משימוש באתר או במוצר, מעבר לערך המוצר שנרכש בפועל.

KPRA Streetwear reserves the right to update prices, promotions, shipping costs, and policies at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

KPRA Streetwear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the website, beyond the actual purchase value of the product.

ב -KPRA - STREETWEAR אנו מכבדים את פרטיות לקוחותינו ומתחייבים לשמירה על המידע האישי בהתאם לחוקי הגנת הפרטיות והתקנות הרלוונטיות.

1. איסוף מידע:

במהלך השימוש באתר נאסף מידע שהלקוח מספק בעת ההזמנה (שם מלא, כתובת למשלוח, אמצעי תשלום וכדו׳)ֿ.

בנוסף, ייאסף מידע טכני בסיס (כגון כתובת ip, סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה) לצרכי אבטחה ושיפור השירות.

2. שימוש במידע:

המידע ישמש אך ורק לצורך - עיבוד והשלמת הזמנות, מתן שירות ללקוחות ותמיכה, שליחת עדכונים על הזמנות והודעות שירות ודיוור שיווקי בכפוף להסכמת לקוח ובהתאם לחוק הספאם.

3 שמירת נתונים:

פרטי אשראי אינם נשמרים בשרתי האתר. הם מעובדים ישירות ע״י חברת הסליקה grow by meshulam. המידע האישי נשמר במערכות מאובטחות וניתן ללקוח לבקש לעיין, לתקן או למחוק בהתאם לחוק.

4. מסירת מידע לצד שלישי:

מידע יועבר רק לספקי שירות חיצוניים הנדרשים לביצוע העסקה (שליחויות, סליקה)

לא נעביר מידע לצדדים שלישיים לצורך שיווק או כל שימוש אחר ללא הסכמה מפורשת.

5. אבטחת מידע:

האתר מאובטח בפרוטוקול SSL. אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים כדי להגן מפני גישה לא מורשית, שימוש לא תקין או חשיפה של מידע.

Credit card details are not stored on our servers. All payment data is processed directly by our payment provider, Grow by Meshulam.

Shipping policy

1. אופן אספקה:

הזמנות יסופקו באמצעות חברת שליחויות עד בית הלקוח או לנקודת איסוף, בהתאם לבחירת הלקוח.

2. זמני אספקה:

זמני האספקה הינם עד 7 ימי עסקים מרגע אישור העסקה ותלויים במיקום הלקוח ובזמינות חברת השילוח.

ייתכנו עיכובים עקב חגים, עומסים או נסיבות שאינן בשליטת העסק.

3. דמי משלוח:

דמי המשלוח מחושבים ומוצגים ללקוח בעת הרכישה. ייתכנו מבצעים של משלוח חינם בהתאם למדיניות האתר מעת לעת.

4. אחריות אספקה:

החברה לא אחראית לעיכובים או תקלות שמקורן בספק השילוח, אך תפעל לסייע בפתרון בעיות מול חברת המשלוחים.

במקרה של אובדן/ נזק במשלוח, על הלקוח לדווח מידית כדי שנוכל לטפל מול חברת המשלוחים.

5. אספקה מחוץ לישראל:

ניתן לבצע משלוחים לחו״ל בהתאם למדינות שאליהן אנו שולחים בפועל. זמני אספקה ועלויות נקבעים בהתאם למדינת היעד.

Delivery Method:
Orders are delivered through a courier service to the customer’s address or to a pickup location, as selected during checkout.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times are up to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, holidays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time at the company’s discretion.
Responsibility for Delivery:
KPRA Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. However, we will assist customers in resolving any shipping issues.
In cases of lost or damaged shipments, customers must notify us immediately so we can handle the matter with the courier.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.

Refund policy

1. ביטול עסקה:

ניתן לבטל עסקה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א - 1981.

הביטול יתבצע תוך 14 ים מקבלת המוצר או מקבלת אישור העסקה (המאוחר ביניהם).

2. החזרת מוצרים:

החזרת המוצרים תתאפשר בתנאי שהמוצר חדש, לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא באריזת המקורית.

על הלקוח לצרף חשבונית/ הוכחת רכישה.

3. מוצרים שלא ניתנים להחזרה:

מוצרים שיוצרו/ הותאמו אישית לבקשת הלקוח, מוצרים שנעשה בהם שימוש.

4. החזר כספי:

החזר כספי יבוצע תוך 7 ימי עסקים באותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה, בניכוי דמי ביטול של 5% או 100 ש״ח - הנמוך ביניהם.

5. עלויות המשלוח חזרה יחולו על הלקוח, אלא אם ההחזרה נובעת מפגם במוצר או טעות שלנו.

6. אחריות המוצר:

במקרה של פגם במוצר, על הלקוח לדווח בתוך 48 שעות מקבלת ההזמנה, והחברה תספק מוצר חלופי/ זיכוי/ החזר בהתאם לבחירתה.

Cancellation of Transactions

Customers may cancel a purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product or the order confirmation, whichever is later.
Return of Products

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Certain personal items such as underwear or intimate apparel (as defined by law).
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the same payment method used in the original purchase. Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or 100 ILS (whichever is lower).
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by KPRA Streetwear.
Defective Products

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective product. The company will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.
